Puerto Rico is a country ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Puerto_Rico ) it is part of the US commonwealth the same as Canada is part of the British commonwealth (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canada). Would you say that Canada is not a nation?
